FACILITIES
OFFICE
Reception desk, sales counter, boardroom, technical department, office. We provide a large range of facilities to welcome and deal with our customers.
WAREHOUSE
In the storage area, we proceed to receive the components to be treated. These are classified and sorted for further treatment.
SHOT BLASTING CHAMBER
In the shot blasting chamber, we carry out the cleaning surface work by projecting abrasive material.
PREPARATION CHAMBER
After the shot blasting process, we move on to repair and protect the surface in the preparation chamber.
PAINTING BOOTH
Once the component is repaired and prepared, we proceed to apply the finish coat. In the painting booth, we perform the liquid spray painting work.
THERMO-LACQUERING LINE
In there, the components are painted by electrostatic powder coating. Afterwards, the component being treated goes into the furnace where the paint is cured, giving the final coating result.
PORTABLE EQUIPMENT
Portable equipment allows us to develop our work on the outside of our facilities. In order to do that, we get to the place with the required equipment and means to accomplish our work.
TRANSPORTATION
We have several means of transport for the collection and delivery of the components to be treated.
